No. 68 I HEREBY certify I have received for publick use of Peter Johnston Twenty two & half pounds of Bacon for which payment at the rate of Twenty Dollars per pound shall be made according to an act of Assembly passed in the October session one thousand even hundred and eighty. Given under my hand this 20th day of April one hotusand seven hundred and eighty one John Morton D. Commr. P. Edward  14 / 10 1/2 

No. 148 I hereby certify that I have Rec'd for public use of Peter Johnston . . . eight hundred & twenty five pounds including . . . The 5th Quarter given under my hand this 30 day of Sepr. 1781.  £10.6.3   825 Grass Beef    John Morton D. Commr  Prince Edward
