Sarah B. Preston: Last Will and Testament, 30th January 1844, page 1. I had a copy of this in my files and do not know its exact publication details. Probably printed in Abingdon, Virginia, before or near the date listed. 

"It is my clear and express will and intention, that the fund devised by this clause for the benefit of my daughters, shall belong to them, individually, for their personal use and benefit, untrammeled by the obligations and uncontrolled by the authority of their husbands: forming thus a separate, distinct, and independent property."

"My daughter Sally B. Floyd" = Sarah Buchanan Preston Floyd (1802-1879), married to John Buchanan Floyd (1806-1863).
"To my daughter Margaret B. F. Hampton" = Margaret Buchanan Frances Preston (1818-1852), married to Wade Hampton III (1818-1902): bequeathed lots in and near Louisville, Kentucky, and enslaved people Patience, John and Tom.
"To my son John S. Preston" = John S. Preston = John Smith Preston (1809-1881): bequeathed enslaved people "and the increase of the female," Henry, Spot, Polly and William.
"To my son William C. Preston" = William Campbell Preston (1794-1860): bequeathed enslaved people Cook Lewis, Isaac, Alfred and Jim Reagan.
"To my grand daughter, Sally Campbell Preston" (circa 1820-1845): bequeathed enslaved people "with the increase of the females," Barney, Old Phebe, Mahala, and Little Phebe.
